The vision of ICM is to:

1. stir up cross border vision for soul winning, discipleship and church planting according to 2 Timothy 2:2 and
   
   
2. artner local churches and missions groups in end-time harvest training and discipleship in obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and in response to His call in Psalm 2:8

The mission of ICM is to:

1. provide training materials and mobilize teams of writers and editors to develop, write and produce these materials which are relevant for training and making disciples for the end-time harvest;
   
   
2. mobilize and train teachers who can teach the materials in local church environment and elsewhere;
   
   
3. set up as many Training Centers as possible where men and women can be equipped effectively as evangelists, pastors, teachers and apostles;
   
   
4. develop leaders and train the Body of Christ to church plant based on the principles of God's Holy Word; and
   
   
5. achieve the above goals by the most expeditious method and at a minimal cost.
   

International Christian Mission is evangelical and interdenominational and believe:

• In one true God, Creator and Lord of the Universe, co-eternal Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• That Jesus Christ, God's Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary, atoning death on the Cross, rose bodily from the dead and ascended to heaven. He will personally and visibly return in glory.
• In the work of the Holy Spirit for individual new birth and growth to maturity.
• That all people are lost sinners and are justified by grace through faith in Christ alone.
• That the Bible is God's authoritative and inspired Word. It is without error in all its teachings.
