"ICM launched a pilot program in the Ukraine in April 1997. By September, 1998, a National Program and office was established. This is an exciting time of tremendous growth for Ukraine, with documented reports of villages where up to 50% have accepted the Lord. In June, 1999 in its on-going efforts in Ukraine, ICM answered an urgent request to train over 700 leaders of a local church of 6000 members.

I have found much blessing in working with the ICM Church Planting & Training System. Of the 24 trained, 11 have assumed leadership roles. It is wonderful to see people on the course changing before my very eyes. The spiritual insight and confidence gained have propelled them into active ministry."
