LEADERSHIP TRAINING - OVERVIEW

The ministry of ICM has evolved from a vision to plant institutional Bible Schools to a very efficient training system that has a vision to participate in the Great Commission by partnering local churches and mission groups to evangelize and make disciples of all nations.

It's desire is to strengthen the work and the hands of the national pastors, providing training materials that will empower leaders to disciple their own people.

In order to achieve these goals, ICM created two training systems:

• Church Planting Institute (CPI)
• "Bible School in a Briefcase"^TM series

People all over the world have accepted the challenge to win souls and disciple new believers. Many times, however, they lack the tools. Often the only book they have is their Bible (or portions of it). The sheep look for shepherds — leaders who will step forward and provide needed training and resources.

This is where the vision of International Christian Mission, Inc. (ICM) has proven so vital in the Father’s end-time harvest: developing leaders and providing tools in their own language for the training of the body of Christ to be able to witness, win and disciple others. This results in a multitude of new Believers and new churches being planted based on the principles of God’s Holy Word.
