Myanmar

In the year 2000 there were more than 1500 enrollees all over the nation in ICM's Church Planting Program. However, after a strategy meeting, it was decided a more effective way was to follow the Cambodian plan where groups were brought in to study together every 2 months until they finished all the modules together. This first program started in Thatong in April 2002, with over 40 students. As each student must attend every session at the graduation March 2003, 18 pastors and Christian workers graduated. A second area that is very remote had it's first training just this Oct. 8-17 with 80 Pastors and leaders.
